Rockmans Store Manager

As a Rockmans Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind sales, customer service, staff development and stock management. You will be a leader, mentor, brand ambassador and above all the face of Rockmans in your community.

ARE YOU THE ONE? We are looking for:

• A self motivated individual with the ability to drive a team
• Business management skills with an understanding of key performance indicators
• Excellent communication skills with the professionalism to deal with people at all levels
• Experience in management preferred but not essential 

Your rewarding role will include:

• Delivering customer excellence
• Maintaining and growing your loyalty program
• Ensuring targets for your store are achieved in areas of sales, wages and stock management
• Coach and mentor your team to achieve their targets as well as developing their skill sets for progression
