From its humble beginnings as a family retail business in the 1930s, the privately owned and managed Beville Group has gone from strength to strength.  Expanding its portfolio to include commercial and retail premises, the Beville Group’s most recent focus has been the ownership and management of a number of shopping centres across NSW, including Harbourside Darling Harbour.

Defined Developments

Defined Developments Pty Limited (Defined), incorporated in 2007 and owned by the Beville Group, is the development manager of Top Ryde City.  Specialising in the acquisition and management of property developments across Australia from inception to completion, Defined offers end-to-end solutions for its clients.

Defined is working closely with Bovis Lend Lease who has been contracted by the Beville Group to build the retail component of the development that will incorporate four levels of convenience, everyday and luxury shopping.
Defined through its continued work with council, financiers, the builder and all perspective tenants will deliver a fresh, unique, quality regional shopping centre to Ryde.
