Masks

Check in when you visit
- COVID-19 Safe QR check-ins are no longer a requirement for entry to the shopping centre or at stores unless requested by the retailer.
Customer Service
The Customer Service Desk will be fully operational during centre trading hours.
- Monday – Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Health & Safety
- Hand sanitisers throughout the centre and at key entry and exit points
- Increased cleaning and sanitisation of high touchpoints throughout the centre
- Active promotion of personal hygiene and safety measures in-centre and online
- Encouraging social distancing through signage, queuing systems and ground markers
- Working with individual retailers to ensure 2 square metres of space per customer
- Maximum capacity limits where applicable
- Registered COVID-safe plan that is continually reviewed and updated
Top Ryde City have also implemented several supplementary measures as part of our COVID Safe Plan to support the food court and play areas including:
- Increased cleaning personnel and sanitisation of high touchpoints throughout the food court
- Reduction of furniture and seating to comply with the 4-square-metre rule
- Registered COVID-safe plan that is continually reviewed and updated
