In line with the NSW Government’s re-opening roadmap, beauty, dining, shopping, and the cinema at Top Ryde City will be open again from Monday 11 October for eligible customers*.

  • Dining and cafes (1 person per 4sqm inside and one person per 2sqm outside)
  • Retail stores (1 person per 4sqm rule)
  • Personal services such as hairdressers, nail salons, skin & laser (1 person per 4sqm, capped at five clients per premises)
  • Gyms and indoor recreation facilities (1 person per 4sqm rule and can offer classes for up to 20 people)

 

Critical retail remains open to all customers, including Supermarkets, Fresh Food, Banks, Medical, Health and Food Takeaway. Retail stores will be available for Click and Collect or Home Delivery.

Masks

In line with NSW government restrictions, face masks must be worn when visiting our centres and retailers.

Check in when you visit

You will find QR codes at all entry points. If you don’t own a smartphone or have trouble accessing the QR code, please check in at the Customer Service Desk on LG1.

Customer Service

The Customer Service Desk will be fully operational during centre trading hours.

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Health & Safety

  • Hand sanitisers throughout the centre and at key entry and exit points
  • Increased cleaning and sanitisation of high touchpoints throughout the centre
  • Active promotion of personal hygiene and safety measures in-centre and online
  • Encouraging social distancing through signage, queuing systems and ground markers
  • Working with individual retailers to ensure 4 square metres of space per customer
  • Maximum capacity limits where applicable
  • Registered COVID-safe plan that is continually reviewed and updated

 

Top Ryde City have also implemented several supplementary measures as part of our COVID Safe Plan to support the food court and play areas including:

  • Increased cleaning personnel and sanitisation of high touchpoints throughout the food court
  • Reduction of furniture and seating to comply with the 4-square-metre rule
  • Registered COVID-safe plan that is continually reviewed and updated
