Getting Here
Driving / Parking
Top Ryde City provides its visitors with three hours of complimentary parking. The car park has five entries, four exits, and ample disabled and pram parking spaces. Please note that the maximum height allowed for vehicles in the car park is 2.2m. If your vehicle is higher than this, please contact our Security Team at 1300 079 577 who can suggest an alternative parking space. The car park is equipped with park assist lighting to help you locate vacant parking spots with ease.
Arriving by Bus
Top Ryde City is serviced by Sydney Buses as well as the City of Ryde Shop Ryder free shuttle bus service. The following Sydney bus routes service the centre:
Devlin Street: 458, 459, 410 and Olympic Park buses
Blaxland Road: City M52, City 501
Blaxland Road near Royal Hotel: 501, 515, 518, M52
Church Street: 507, 534, 410
Taxi
The taxi rank for Top Ryde City is located on Pope Street, adjacent to Piazza Dining and near the intersection of Smith Street.

Shop Ryder Shuttle Bus
The Shop Ryder is a free shuttle bus service. The service operates from Wednesday to Saturday from 8:30am – 2:00pm. Customers can catch the buses from any of the designated Shop Ryder bus stops or from any STA bus stop along the route. View the Shop Ryder timetable here. The buses have been specially modified to assist the elderly and those who require wheelchairs. If you use a wheelchair, it is essential that you book your place the day before you intend to travel by calling 1300 850 820.
Cycling
Bike racks are located near the taxi rank on Pope Street, and the corner of Devlin Street and Blaxland Road (near the bus stops).
Walking
Pedestrian bridges are located at the northern and southern ends of Devlin Street, providing all-weather access to Top Ryde City customers. Serviced by both stairs and large lifts, pedestrians and cyclists alike are able utilise these bridges.
Guest Services
Children's Play Areas
The centre has three unique children’s play areas, with two conveniently located on Level L1 and an additional one on Level LG1. The Level L1 play areas are located near Toymate with one designed for 0-2 year olds, and the other for 3-12 year olds. The Level LG1 play area and activation zone is located in the Food Court. These facilities are free of charge, require parental supervision at all times and have strict COVID protocols in place.
Restrooms
Restrooms are strategically and centrally located throughout the centre and on each level for maximum accessibility and convenience.
Lost Property
Should you happen to misplace your belongings during your visit, please visit the Information Centre, located on Level LG1, where our Information Team will be able to assist.
Parent's Rooms
As a family-friendly shopping destination, we pride ourselves on our exceptional parent’s rooms. For your convenience, we have one located adjacent to the restrooms on each level. All parent rooms include a kitchenette (inclusive of microwave), private feeding rooms, change tables, children’s toilets and enclosed play areas.
Information & Customer Service
The friendly Information Team are available during trade hours to assist you with directions, store information, mobility equipment, lost property, gift card purchases and more. The Information Centre is located on Level LG1 near the Food Court and is staffed during the following hours:
Mon – Sat: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sun: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Centre Directory
Touch screen centre directories are located on every level of the centre to assist customers in finding the location of their favourite stores or services. If you would prefer a printed store directory and store listing, please visit the Information Centre for a brochure.
For Hire
Electric Scooters, Wheelchairs & Mobility Walkers are available for hire from the Information Centre, located on Level LG1. It is advised that you either call the Customer Service staff by telephone at 02 9808 8816 or email info@toprydecity.com.au prior to your arrival to ensure availability, especially during peak periods.
Kiddy Cruisers are available for hire from the Information Centre, located on Level LG1, for children aged 1-5 years old. The cost of hire ranges from $6.00 – $8.50 per hour. Please note that height restrictions are in place for this equipment.
NRMA Meeting Point
NRMA meeting points are located near the following shopping centre lobby entrances: Level B1 North (Orange Level); Level B2 North (Pink Level) and Level L2 South (Red Level).
Shopping Trolleys
Top Ryde City shopping trolleys have been fitted with a sensor locking system to avoid street pollution in and around the City of Ryde. If you plan to access the centre by foot, be sure you plan ahead and have an alternate method for carrying your shopping home as required.
