Top Ryde City has five car park entries, four exits as well as ample disabled and parking with pram spaces. The car park allows a maximum height of 2.2m. If your vehicle is higher than 2.2m please contact our Security Team who may be able to suggest an alternative, telephone Security - 1300 079 577
Park assist is available throughout the Top Ryde City car park making it simple to locate vacant parking spaces.
Best parking for Aldi, Woolworths and Kmart is LG2 Mezzanine, LG2, BP1 and BP2.
Best parking for Coles, Fitness First and Piazza Dining is L2, L1 Mezzanine and L1.
Disabled parking is provided near each centre entrance foyer on levels B2, B1, LG2, LG1, Level 1 and Level 2.
Please bring your mobility pass to the Information Centre located on LG1 near the Food Court, to register for all day free parking. Parking tickets will be validated prior to departure.
Designated spaces for parents with prams are located on L1 (40 spaces) and L2 of the centre.
Top Ryde City now has two dedicated charging bays to suit all electric vehicles.These bays are located on parking level B2 row C and are clearly marked for EV usage.
Our electric vehicle system is managed via Chargefox which is Australia's largest open, electric vehicle (EV) network for modern EV's.

What is the location of the charging bays?
The location of the two charging bays is on B2 row C at the southern end of the centre – entry near Aldi.
How much does it cost to charge my vehicle?
Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.
How long can I charge my vehicle?
Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish. Please note that standard car parking rates apply.
What hours are the charging stations available?
The charging stations will be available to customers during the car park opening times.
How many charging station do you have?
There are 2 charging stations capable of charging any Electric Vehicle.

What types of vehicles can use the charging stations?
Any electric car with the correct cable can be charged. Our chargers have Type 2 sockets. Electric or Plug in Hybrid cars available in Australia have either a Type 1 or a Type 2 charge port.
Type 1 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 1 cable
Type 2 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 2 cable
Do I need to provide my own adapters?
Yes - our chargers have a Type 2 socket and customers will need to bring their own cable. Type 1 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 1 cable and Type 2 vehicles require a Type 2 to Type 2 cable
Do I need to register my details anywhere?
Yes. Download the Chargefox app, register your details, select our location and you can use our charger at no cost
How do I secure my cable so I can shop while my car charges?
Once connected, the charging cable cannot be disconnected while car is charging, and all doors are locked.
How long does it take to charge a vehicle using the unit?
This really depends on the car. Each electric car has a different size of battery, at the standard rate it charges between 30km to 90km per hour
Do you need to fully charge the car each time or can you “top up”?
EV car users do not need to fully charge the battery every time they charge, they can charge the battery as long as they want.
Parking is FREE for the first 3 hours of your stay and when you enter after 6pm to 1am. If you happen to stay longer than 3 hours, please make sure you visit one of the Auto Pay Stations located on L2, L1, LG1, B2 and B1 to validate your ticket before you leave.

DISABLED PATRONS receive FREE all day parking with presentation of disabled permit upon registering at the Information Desk located on LG1, near the Food Court.
SENIOR PATRONS receive an extra hour free parking with presentation of their Senior Card and registering at the Information Desk located on LG1, near the Food Court.

Pedestrian bridges are located at the northern and southern ends of Devlin Street providing all weather access from the City of Ryde Civic Centre to Top Ryde City shopping centre.
Serviced by stairs and large lifts, pedestrians and cyclists alike are able to take advantage of these bridges.
Top Ryde City shopping centre is serviced by Sydney Buses as well as the free Shop Ryder bus service.

The Shop Ryder is a free shuttle bus service.
The service operates from Wednesday to Saturday from 8.30am – 2.00pm. You can catch the buses from any of the designated Shop Ryder bus stops or from any STA bus stop along the route.
The buses have been specially modified to assist the elderly and those who use wheelchairs. If you use a wheelchair it is essential that you book your place the day before you intend to travel ph: 1300 850 820.
Bike ranks are located near the Taxi rank on Pope Street, and the corner of Devlin Street and Blaxland Road (near the bus stops).
The taxi rank for Top Ryde City is located on Pope Street, adjacent to Piazza Dining and near the intersection of Smith Street.

West Ryde Train Station is located 1.8km from Top Ryde City and is serviced by the 501, 507, L20 and 524 Sydney bus service as well as the free Shop Ryder bus.
Meadowbank Train Station is located 1.9km from Top Ryde City shopping centre and is serviced by the 507 Sydney bus service as well as the free Shop Ryder bus.
Eastwood Train Station is located 4.5km from Top Ryde City shopping centre and is serviced by the 515 Sydney bus service as well as the free Shop Ryder bus.
Macquarie Park Train Station is located 4.5km from Top Ryde City shopping centre and is serviced by the 549, 533 and 534 Sydney bus service.
Meadowbank Wharf is located 1.8km from Top Ryde City shopping centre and is accessed via the Parramatta River ferry service. This service operates daily from Pier 5, Circular Quay.
Meadowbank Wharf is serviced by the 507 Sydney bus service as well as the free Top Ryder bus (Shepherds Bay shops) from Monday to Saturday.

Three children's play areas are located on L1 of the centre. One catering to 0-2 year olds and the others 3-12 year olds. These facilities are free of charge and require parental supervision at all times.
Are located in a central position on the two lower ground levels and strategically placed on the upper levels for maximum accessibility and amenity.
Are located adjacent to the Restrooms on each level. All parent rooms consist of a kitchenette (inclusive of microwave), private feeding rooms, change tables, children’s toilets and play areas.
The friendly Information team are on hand daily to assist you with directions, store information, mobility equipment, lost property and gift card purchases.
The Information Centre is located on LG1 near the Food Court and is open Monday - Sunday:

Touch screen information boards are located on every level of Top Ryde City to assist you in finding the location of your favourite stores. If you would prefer a printed store directory, please visit the Information Centre for a brochure.
Electric Scooters, Wheelchairs & Mobility Walkers for mobility impaired customers are available for hire from the Information Centre. It is advised that you either call the Customer Service staff by telephone 02 9808 8816 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your arrival to ensure availability, especially during peak periods.
Kiddy Cruisers are available for hire from the Information Centre for children aged 1-5 years old. The cost of hire ranges from $6 - $8.50 per hour. Please note that height restrictions do apply.

Should you happen to misplace your belongings, please visit the Information Centre where our staff will be on hand to assist.
Mobile Phone charging stations are located on the Ground Floor next to Freelance and on LG1 in the amenities corridor.
NRMA meeting points are located near the B1 North (orange level); B2 North (pink level) and L2 South (red level) shopping centre entrance lobbies.
Top Ryde City shopping trolleys have been fitted with a sensor locking system to avoid street pollution in and around the City of Ryde. If you plan to access the centre by foot, be sure you have an alternate method for carrying your shopping home.
